Peanut butter
Canned meat ( chicken, tuna, etc)
Rice
Dried Red Beans
Canned vegetables (Pop top)
Canned soups / ravioli
Canned fruit (packed in juice or water, not heavy syrup, please)
Pasta (spaghetti noodles, mac-n-cheese, etc)
Cereal (non-sugary,please)
Dry dog or cat food
